Pastor Richard from Pivot Ministries will be preaching this Sunday from Psalm 27:1-4, with a sermon titled, "The One Thing That Anchors Us." The Pivot choir will join us in worship.

Join us for prayer at 9:30 am, for worship at 10:00 am, and for fellowship downstairs after the service.

We will celebrate Communion this Sunday during the service, remembering the Body and Blood of Christ together.

Message Titled: The Gospel of the Kingdom?

1. Matthew 4:12-14 shows how things happen according to God's plan and purpose. How does this affect how you see hardship? How does it help when things don't go the way you want them to?

2. Matthew 4:15-16 shows how Jesus began his ministry where things were very dark. This tells us there isn't anywhere too dark, too "far gone" for Christ. How does this change how you view Christ's work?

3. What does repentance mean? According to Matthew 4:17, how important is it? How is repentance commonly misunderstood in the church today? How does the Prodigal Son help us understand true repentance?

4. Matthew 4:18-25 shows us the first disciples' call, and the start of Jesus's ministry. What does it mean to be a disciple of Christ? What would it look like for the kingdom of God to come to Stamford? How can we proclaim the Gospel in Stamford so that His kingdom comes, and His will is done in Stamford as it is in Heaven?

The Monday night group is doing a study of the Book of 1 Samuel. This meeting will take place on Zoom. All are welcome! Please see Gavin Pickard for more details.
